Avenista® is specifically designed for busy restaurants. We’ve given users two different views to help separate and analyse information about their sessions and diners. The timeline view shows the table turns across each session, detailing how long the diner has before the next turnover. It also shows you whether the diner is currently waiting, which course they have been served and whether they’re in-front, behind or perfectly timed to finish on schedule.

If you prefer a more visual outlook, our 3D table plan offers a class leading, informative view that shows your tables, their positioning inside the restaurant and the number of reservations placed on each one. This view is fully customised to replicate your restaurant’s table layout, which means that no two systems are alike, and your Avenista® system has its own personal stamp!

Pre-payments & deposits.

No-shows are the bane of the restaurant sector, and if business is slow it can create even more problems. At Avenista® we know how much it can affect you and have given you the tools to reduce the revenue losses that come from no-shows.

You have two different options for payments. One is a standard up-front deposit. This will charge the customer’s card straight away at point of booking and the funds will be deposited by our payment provider Stripe into a nominated bank account of choice within 7 days.

The second option is Card-as-Security, where Avenista will acquire and store the customer’s card details using PCI and SCA-compliant procedures. Should the customer not show up, you have the option to retrospectively charge the card used to make the booking. This allows you to combat lost revenue and ensure revenue is not lost due to no-shows.

There are other tools Avenista® can deploy to warn your staff of diners that may become potential no-shows, including ‘cancel’ and ‘confirm’ links in confirmation emails, as well as sending automatic reminders by email and SMS. Avenista® will keep track of diners who didn’t re-confirm so you can re-book their tables at your discretion.
